Commercial Design
Commercial design is more than just creating visually appealing spaces — it is about crafting environments that embody a brand’s identity and resonate with its audience. My design philosophy centers around deeply understanding my clients and their brand to deliver the highest quality of service. By immersing myself in their vision, values, and goals, I create spaces that not only function seamlessly but also tell a compelling story. In a world filled with commercial environments, my aim is to design spaces that stand out — captivating, memorable, and tailored to the user experience. Every detail, from layout to materials, is intentional, ensuring that the final design speaks to both the client and their customers in a meaningful way.
The design for the law office of Smith, Bailey, and Gold draws from the timeless elegance of Art Deco, inspired by the Bank of America Plaza and its nod to the 1931 Empire State Building. Blending sophistication with functionality, the space features modern materials, geometric patterns, and a luxurious color palette, creating an inviting yet prestigious environment.
The layout prioritizes efficiency, offering areas for collaboration and private discussions without compromising comfort. A spacious lounge allows business discussions to transition seamlessly from the conference room to a relaxed setting, enhancing convenience for both clients and staff.

Atlanta Adaptive Reuse
The adaptive reuse of the historic 148 Edgewood in Atlanta transforms an abandoned structure into a lively school for interior design, preserving a piece of the city’s history while fostering a dynamic environment for students to gather, socialize, and learn. A three-story atrium carved into the original structure allows natural light from the historic skylights to reach the ground floor, enhancing openness and connectivity.
The ground level is reimagined as a marketplace where students can eat and interact, creating a public hub that encourages engagement between students and the local community. A new addition replaces the former parking lot, introducing two stories of classroom space enclosed in a translucent facade that ensures ample natural light for creative studio work.
The design balances preservation and innovation, maintaining the original building’s steel shell while surrounding it with contemporary materials such as glass and translucent cladding.
