The conversion of Adair Elementary into a multi-family residential building blends modern functionality, sustainable living, and historic charm. The design preserves original brick and flooring while introducing bold patterns and vibrant colors that celebrate the community’s thriving art scene, creating a lively and inspiring atmosphere. Thoughtfully designed communal areas and adaptable living spaces ensure the building evolves with residents' lifestyles, fostering a dynamic and engaging living experience.
